Definition of premium and additional languages
- Premium languages: available by default for all users, those 6 languages are daily maintained, updated and improved by our NLP team. As native speakers of the languages they work on, the team does extensive social media watch to understand language trends and cultural specificities and translate them into the technology to ensure a high level of decision accuracy.
- Additional languages: available on demand, those 32 languages are directly translated to English. Decision-based rules of the English language apply, ensuring an accuracy level close to the one provided with premium languages.
