Dashboard - User Settings

In the User Settings section, you will find all the info related to your user profile and preferences.

In order to access your user settings, click on your profile icon at the bottom of the left menu.

The 'User settings' page includes 2 main sections:

My account

Profile

The first section of the page gathers all information relative to your profile.

From there, you have all details related to your personal profile:

  • Organization: uneditable as it was set when your organization's workspace was created.
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address: uneditable as it is the one you put when you logged in.
  • Job title: only used for internal data analysis to better serve users' needs.

Password

The next section is the one to change your password if you need to.

If SSO authentication is not enabled, you will be able to change  it right here:

If SSO authentication is enabled, changing your password will not be possible as it is set at the organization account level.

Preferences

From the 'preferences' section, you can custom your user experience to have the Dashboard display that suits you.

  • Theme:
    • Sync with system: set to match your OS.
    • Dark mode
    • Light mode
  • Language: language of the Dashboard and related assets - all pages, reports, and emails will be impacted.
  • Display author in message list: disabling it allows you to have a clear display and an extended view of messages.
  • Time zone: your GMT preference will impact analytics, as well as scheduled emails and reports.

Notification settings

Access the Notification Settings by clicking on your initials at the bottom left of the Dashboard.

On the dedicated page, you will need to select the organization you want notifications to be configured for.

In the organization you selected, you can directly set up notifications for expired sources.

There are 2 types of notifications for expired sources that can be set apart or combined:

  • Send an e-mail when a source has expired: will trigger an email alert to be sent whenever one of your sources has expired, with reminders that can be set up from hourly to weekly.

  • Send an e-mail digest for expired sources: will trigger a report email listing all sources expired with reconnection links, with reminders you can configure.

For each option that you enable or disable, you can apply the settings to all sources to facilitate configuration.

Note: The Notification Settings are located in the 'User Settings' because they only apply to your account. If another user of your organization wants to be notified, they will need to go through the same process.
