Dashboard - Campaigns

This section displays all the campaigns created and their affiliated posts.

How to display campaigns

There are different filters and parameters to display campaigns and create or find the one you are looking for and its statistics:

  • Time range: pick the dates of your campaign with the custom pick to make sure to display all data.
  • Status: filter campaigns by their status (active if they are ongoing - archived if they are not running).
  • Sort by: choose the date of publication or the date of creation of the campaign. 

How to create and edit campaigns

Create a campaign

In order to create your first or a new campaign, click on the button “create campaign”. This pop-up window will appear: 

Fill up the name of the campaign and specify the topic or event it refers to better find it afterward. A description can also be put to better detail the campaign, and all related information such as the sources, dates, or anything relevant you might think of. 

Once you save, your campaign appears in the page.

Edit a campaign

From the campaign page, you can edit campaigns through the 3 dots on the right of your screen. From here, you can:

  • Edit: change the name or the description of your campaign.
  • Archive: for past campaigns, the archive allows to remove a campaign from filters while keeping its related analytics.
  • Delete: the action will remove the campaign.

 

How to add and remove posts from campaigns

It is now time to add posts to your campaign to monitor their performance. To do so, go to the Posts page using the side menu.

 

From the Posts page, you will see a new checkbox has appeared on the left to pick posts. Select the ones you want to add to your newly created campaign. 

 

At the bottom of the page, click on "Edit campaigns" to choose the campaign(s) you want to affiliate it to.

All your created campaigns will appear. You can add one or several posts to a single or multiple campaigns.

If a post is affiliated to a campaign by mistake, just click on the parameters represented by the 3 dots on the right of the interface.

 

Through "Edit campaigns" and its pop-up, unselect the campaign.

How to monitor campaigns performance

There are a few ways to get analytics from your campaigns.

From the campaign section

On the Campaigns page, you can have an overview of message analytics with a distribution of messages by category directly, and a more detailed view from the campaign details. If you click on the extension button on the top right, you can access a full page of your campaign information.

On the full page view, you can:

  • Have the list of posts affiliated to the campaign and an overview of their performances.
  • Select posts you want to remove from the campaign using the checkbox.

You can also access the "Analytics" section of the page to have your dedicated stats and analyze and download your favorite graphs: 

From the Analytics section

On the Analytics page, you can access the moderation detailed view

and a new filter has appeared. You can use it to display moderation analytics related to a specific campaign, using the time range like you usually do.

From the message section

On the Messages page, you now have the possibility to sort comments by campaign using our new filter, available from the top of the page.

On the Posts page, you now have the possibility to sort posts by campaign using our new filter, available from the top of the page.
