Following Twitter’s decision to restrain their API integration, we lost our access to tweet moderation.
Last week (Friday 07/07), our connection to Twitter was disabled and all accesses expired. However, our teams have been working on the clock on the implementation of a solution, and we are very happy to say that we will be able to maintain our moderation services on Twitter.
For now, we are migrating to another connector, and are able to perform:
- Tweet collection
- Tweet analysis and classification
- Recommended action display
All your analytics from Twitter are available, but keep in mind that you are not protected. We are waiting on Twitter to approve our connection upgrade and grant us full access to enable moderation and ensure our services are up and seamlessly running again. Follow our progress right below.
